Thank you #FootballPeople!

The football world came together in huge numbers for the 2018 #FootballPeople weeks last month, Europe’s biggest social change campaign in European sport.

More than 2,000 Football People activities took place in more than 60 countries across the globe last month as football united to celebrate diversity and equality. 
This year’s activities went even further in bringing together grassroots groups, professional football, national associations and minority groups, with over 110,000 people getting involved. 
We want to thank all of you who organised events, engaged in activities and supported the campaign both on the pitch and online.

PLAY! e-learning platform to boost training and education

A PLAY! e-learning platform is currently being developed to help boost the skills of Youth Active Groups (YAGs) and coaches in promoting grassroots sport for school success and social inclusion.  

The platform will be used to present the methodology used by each PLAY! partner during the pilot years of the project and will consist of two parts: one focused on social and personal skills, and the second on entrepreneurial skills.

It will also be used for sharing materials, including videos and documents, on the sessions devised by partners during the pilot years.

It is being developed by Best Cybernetics, who have also designed the PLAY! website, and will be launched close to the last trimester of the year.
